Information you choose to provide
The current inquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. DTF may receive the company name, work email, country or region, company type, product application, material direction, estimated volume and project details that you include.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to fabric, sampling, development and production enquiries; evaluate whether DTF can support the brief; prepare quotations or technical follow-up; and maintain relevant business correspondence.
Website storage and third parties
The current website does not submit the inquiry form to a website database. Your email provider handles the message you choose to send. The hosting service may process technical request data such as network address, browser information and timestamps to deliver and secure the site. When WordPress forms, analytics, anti-spam, CRM or other services are introduced, this notice must be updated to name those services and their retention practices.
